I designed and built training content for Fortune 500 clients inside a global learning agency, turning corporate SOPs into interactive courses.

What I did

• Gamified learning: built interactive courses in Genially to improve retention across large, distributed workforces.
• Course production: owned the full build of digital curriculums in the company's LMS, from raw SOP content to finished assessments.
• Media production: produced video storyboards, infographics, and quizzes to each client's brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: worked closely with instructional designers so the visual design served the learning goal, not the other way around.

For regulated clients like PayPal and Cash App, this training directly supported compliance: making sure employees actually understood the financial protocols they were being tested on, not just clicking through a course.
