1. Trust Company of Oklahoma (TCO)
- Focus: Wealth Management & Investment Banking for Seniors.
- The Impact: Redesigned the mobile application with a heavy focus on Senior-Centric UX. Utilized accessibility expertise to improve navigation, font scaling, and touch-target sizes.
- Business Value: Dramatically improved app performance and user retention by reducing the "cognitive load" for an older demographic, resulting in high client satisfaction and decreased support calls regarding platform navigation.
2. Zook Insurance (Ryan Razook)
- Focus: Hyper-technical insurance marketplace (similar to The Zebra).
- The Impact: Architected a complex Decision-Tree Onboarding Flow. This involved translating massive amounts of insurance data and underwriting logic into a simple, step-by-step user journey.
- Business Value: Created a high-conversion "Policy Pairing" engine. By simplifying the data-collection process, we minimized user drop-off during the quote phase — a direct driver of revenue for the platform.
3. ThumbStopper
- Focus: AI-Powered Brand-to-Local Marketing Automation.
- The Impact: Assisted in UI refinements for a platform that automates social media content for retailers.
- Business Value: ThumbStopper's core value is Brand Consistency at Scale. UI updates helped ensure that even local retailers with no marketing experience could easily navigate the dashboard to maintain brand-compliant social presences.
4. Rippl (formerly Echo)
- Focus: Hyperlocal "Meet-up" Social App.
- The Impact: Acted as the Founding Designer (Zero-to-One). Defined the brand identity, logo, and a full design system. Designed the core mobile experience involving real-time geo-fencing, location services, and venue-based social syncing.
- Business Value: Developed a dual-sided marketplace — designed both the Consumer App (for users to find deals/friends) and the Vendor Portal (for businesses to manage real-time push notifications and analytics), creating an ecosystem that drives foot traffic to local venues.
5. BayCare Health System
- Focus: Enterprise Healthcare UX.
- Projects: HealthNav & EasyPass (Strategic UX & Accessibility compliance); UnMonsters — a gamified "Germ-Fighting" app for pediatric patients to reduce hospital anxiety.
- The Impact: Served as a bridge between design and execution, specifically pioneering the QA Testing Process for the UnMonsters app to ensure a bug-free experience for child patients.
