Filing for VA disability benefits means working through a dense, easy-to-get-wrong medical questionnaire — and mistakes cost veterans months in re-review. Trajector needed a smarter intake experience for a user base with a higher-than-average rate of disability, which made accessibility a day-one requirement, not an add-on.
