Role: Senior UX Designer, Core Systems & AI Strategy Duration: December 4, 2025 – March 2026

I returned to Accelint in December 2025 (the company formerly split across Hypergiant and its sister entities, now consolidated under one name) after the organization went through a real restructuring.

What I'm doing now

My focus has shifted from outward-facing sales prototypes to internal tooling and process: figuring out how AI actually fits into how we build defense software, not just how it's marketed.

• Workflow R&D: testing Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT directly against real design and development tasks to see what's actually useful versus what's hype.
• Systems integration: working out how to connect our existing codebase to AI tooling accurately and securely.
• Documentation: writing the prompting and workflow guidelines the design team is using as this becomes standard practice.

This work is less about shipping new screens and more about making sure the team adopts AI tools deliberately, with the same rigor we'd apply to any other high-stakes system.
